Mixed Development.
Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast
With a combination of Residential Apartments, Offices and Retail Tenancys, this Mixed Development offers a great complex for the Sunshine Coast Area.
Using AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE to document a complete set of Working Drawings took a bit over 5 months. Plenty of research was done, looking into the appropriate BCA sections, Australian Standards & relivant Local Authorities.
Wide Span Factory Building.
Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast
This was the first Commercial Project which was ever documented by myself. Our goal was to design and document a Wide Span Factory Building for our clients, SteelworX Pty. Ltd. located in Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast.
Using AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE and working closely with an Interior Design, we wee able to document the entire factory. Plenty of research was done, looking into the appropriate BCA sections, Australian Standards & relivant Local Authorities.
Small Cottage.
Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast
This project was an introduction to ARCHICAD for myself. Our task was to create a very simple set of working drawings consisting of floor plans, elevations, sections, details and door and window schedules.
Hinterland Residence.
Maleny, Sunshine Coast
Located in the beautiful Maleny Hinterland on the Sunshine Coast. This two storey residence has views looking out over the ranges.
Using AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE a full set of working drawings were drafted during a semester. This project was also used for assignments in Timber Framing and Wind Classifications.
Proposed Residence.
Buderim, Sunshine Coast
This very simple drafting excercise was used to introduce us to the course. Using only 2D line work and filled regions a very simple sample of a single story residence.
The project used AUTODESK REVIT ARCHITECTURE to complete the sample set of drawings.
