Our clients, DDDesign Development came to use with an idea to create a new precinct for lifestyle and workspaces with rentable Office fit-outs for scientific advisors, airline offices, FIFO mining executives, environmental consultants and business consultancies.
Our site is located on the outskirts of the Bli Bli community and on the banks of the Maroochydore River. The Sunshine Motorway runs parallel, but does not interfer with the site at all.
There is access into the site via Godfreys Avenue. Once you enter the site the name of the building becomes obvious with signage immediately upon entry. This helps to give the building a sense of identity.
There is plenty of parking spaces on the northern side of the building for customers and workers to park. Workers can then easily make their way into the building with clearly marked pathways.
As soon as you enter from the main entry and into the main part of the building you immediately look up to the volume of space. The waterfall which you look up to helps to direct your eyes from the floor to the high roof line.
As well as the waterwall throughout the building you stare up to circular ramp which links the entire building together. From parts of the entry you also look up to see people working in the spaces provided.
The office level is ready to be used by any good organisation with comfortable spaces to work in.
